Job summary

Pioneer Care and Rehab in Dillon, MT is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, clean environment across all shifts. Earn $22-$25 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.

Full and Part-Time positions are available on 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Montana CNA certification.
• Prior experience in a similar setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and at regular intervals (approximately every two hours).
• Confirm resident identity before providing nursing care or meals.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and meet resident needs.
• Perform additional duties as needed or directed.
