Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and charting and executing plans of care
• On-site training is provided and opportunities to learn new skills
• CNAs may work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care
