Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care and companionship to residents in our Bethesda community. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in care needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA - Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and coordinate with Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
