Saint Mary Home, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, in West Hartford, CT, is seeking compassionate CNAs for part-time, rotating-shift positions. You will provide daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships, and support residents with comfort, dignity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of CT.
• Maintain CPR, First Aid Training, and Dementia Care training.
• OSHA MSDS safe chemical handling practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and dressing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
