New City Supportive Living in Chicago, IL 60609 is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The role involves direct resident care, monitoring vitals, and supporting daily activities in a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Illinois is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
