Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• CNA licensure as dictated by state regulations must be held.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with staff and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and assist with rehabilitation/restorative nursing.
• Support residents in maintaining rights, dignity, and independence.
