Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with activities of daily living under nurse supervision. You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with dining, and document health status while working as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include charting, homemaking tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold The Waters Way and ensure high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or current registration is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• One year nursing/resident care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Knowledge of the Home Care Bill of Rights as it applies to the CNA role.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and related tasks.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in health status or changes to the resident care plan.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with team members to deliver The Waters Way.

Education

CNA certification

High-school diploma or equivalent

1 year CNA/resident care experience

English literacy

Home Care Bill of Rights knowledge

Basic computer skills

Compassion for hospitality and senior care

Ability to work independently and in a team
