Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Currently attending a CNA class and may not work non-certified for more than four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care of residents daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Observe residents and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in development of plan of care and input to nurses.
