Job summary

Hickory Ridge of Temperance in Temperance, MI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will care for residents under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and support licensed staff to deliver compassionate, compliant care.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification required or graduate of state-approved CNA program and passed competency exam within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed staff.
• Support residents' independence, safety and dignity; document per procedures.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
