Job summary
Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care under supervision in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, feeding, and documentation, and support nursing staff during meals and transfers.
The role requires a valid CNA credential, CPR/BLS certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of long-term care experience.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility procedures.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
- Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
- Coordinates dining room services, including meal setup, delivery, and feeding assistance.
- Documents meal intake and weight changes as directed by nurses.
