Job summary

Dane County's Badger Prairie Health Care Center is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants. CNAs provide daily living assistance, resident care, and support to the nursing staff in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of current CNA experience within last three years.
• Federally certified CNA and able to work in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document observations accurately and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge of residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report safety concerns.
• Support residents' rights and participate in care planning as part of the interdisciplinary team.
