Qualifications

• CNA license or active enrollment in CNA program.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to be tactful with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care under RN/Charge Nurse guidance.
• Do resident rounds and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility and comfort needs.
• Document intake, output and care provided; report changes promptly.
• Follow infection control and facility safety policies.
