Job summary
Woodside Senior Communities in Green Bay, WI is seeking Nursing Assistants to provide basic resident care under nursing staff, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance. Some positions may cover a single neighborhood with flexibility to assist others as needed.

Qualifications
- Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or CNA exam with listing on State and Federal Registry required
- Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer resident call signals to determine needs
- Provide physical support for daily living activities
- Record vital signs as directed by staff
- Feed residents or assist with eating and drinking
- Document observations and report to nurses
- Transport specimens, lab items, or pharmacy items as needed
