SnapCare seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility in Idaho. You will support residents with daily living activities and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain dignity and comfort.

Ideal candidates hold an active Idaho CNA license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in long-term care or rehabilitation. You will follow care plans, document observations, and uphold safety and infection-prevention practices.

Qualificações

• Current CNA certification and active status on Idaho Nurse Aide Registry.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the facility.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and screening requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities.
• Support safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility with proper equipment.
• Assist with meals and hydration according to care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and other observations.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse promptly.
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Answer call lights and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
• Follow infection prevention practices and facility safety procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support individualized care.
• Protect resident privacy, dignity, independence, and rights.
