Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a full-time role. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality services.

Ideal candidates hold Texas CNA certification and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a genuine interest in elderly or disabled residents.

Formación

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well with residents and teammates; demonstrates patience and self-discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
