Job summary

• Ensures resident equipment is accessible and that activities are completed per procedures.
• Reports complaints and grievances to the charge nurse, ADON, DON, or Administrator.
• Stores resident items properly and assists with laundering if needed.
• May assist with housekeeping duties as requested.
