Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute is a 166-bed post-acute care facility in Pittsburgh seeking full-time nursing staff. The role requires an active PA RN license, CPR certification, and a compassionate approach to resident care.

You will assist with daily tasks, monitor residents, and respond to calls, under supervision of the nursing leadership. We offer a supportive team, ongoing education, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license in PA and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to maintain continuing education requirements.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Clear background check within last 7 years.
• Active CPR certification (BLS preferred).
• Experience with Point Click Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies and procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental staff to maintain nursing services for residents.
• Notify supervisor if late or absent; check residents regularly and respond to calls.
• Record residents' food and fluid intake and report changes to Nurse Supervisor.
