Gracy Woods Nursing Center in Austin, Texas is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. CNAs provide personal care and assist with daily living activities for residents, ensuring comfort and safety in a premier facility.

We operate across all shifts and emphasize compassionate care, resident wellness, and adherence to health and safety standards in a memory care–friendly environment near major medical centers.

Qualifications

• Multitasking and teamwork are essential for caring for residents.
• Bedside manner and infection control are critical in daily CNA duties.
• Nursing skills, health promotion, and safe environment creation are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients' personal hygiene by assisting with baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom needs and transfers.
• Assist with activities of daily living including meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning; monitor intake/output and vital signs.
• Provide patient comfort by transporting patients, answering call lights, and reporting observations to nursing staff.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
• Protect patient information confidentiality.
• Assist SNF community by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
