Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and nursing support in alignment with care plans and policies. The role involves assisting patients with routine needs, documenting observations, and ensuring safety within a collaborative nursing team.

The CNA will monitor patient conditions, report changes, and promote independence while following established procedures for patient handling and equipment safety.

Formación

• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and daily nursing support per care plans and policies.
• Document patient care activities and observations.
• Promote patient independence and quality of life.
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising nurse at shift start/end.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report malfunctions.
