Job summary

Blue Ridge Care seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Lansdowne, VA. The CNA will work under an RN to deliver personal care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and document observations to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed in VA as CNA
• High School Diploma strongly preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Self-directed with ability to work with little supervision
• Calm demeanor when providing in-home care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients including bathing and daily living activities.
• Assist patients with dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered.
• Monitor skin condition and prevent tissue breakdown.
• Observe and report changes to the RN promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environments and assist with light chores.
