Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the MN Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant.
• Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization required.
• Computer skills and ability to document in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient hygiene, nutrition, activity and treatments per MLHS policies.
• Observe patients and report changes to the Team Leader.
• Document patient care in the EMR (vital signs, intake/output, meals, ADLs).
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control and safety policies.
• Respect patient privacy and dignity and use appropriate lifting techniques.
