Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in Iowa.
• One year of nursing management experience preferred.
• Experience in LONG TERM CARE setting is required.
• PointClickCare charting experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care within scope of practice per standards and orders.
• Administers medications and treatments according to policy.
• Notifies departments of patient changes and admissions/discharges.
• Participates in family and patient education.
• Makes rounds with physicians as needed.
