Job summary

Vitruvian Health, serving northwest Georgia and southeast Tennessee, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will work with patients according to care plans, maintain safety, and support the health-care team in a full-time capacity on site.

The role requires CNA certification and a high school diploma (or equivalent). BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
• BLS preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides each of your assigned patients with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the patient’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.

Education

CNA Diploma from an accredited CNA Program

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
