Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, document patient information, and participate in a team dedicated to compassionate care and patient safety. BLS is preferred but not required; CNA diploma required.

Qualifications

• CNA Diploma from an accredited program is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant licensed as required by state law.
• BLS certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to patient assessments and care plans as directed by supervisor.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
