Job summary

Vitruvian Health in the northwest Georgia / southeast Tennessee region seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care per care plans and supervisor guidance. You will help patients with daily activities, monitor vitals, and support nutrition and hygiene needs.

You must hold a CNA diploma and state certification; the role requires flexibility for non-exempt hours, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with state certification and CNA diploma.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA diploma required.
• Prior experience in a clinical care setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per assessment and care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and peri-care as directed.
• Take and record vital signs; transfer patients using proper safety practices.
• Document patient status and changes per guidelines; participate in care planning.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; support emergency readiness.
