Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a well-staffed Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New York. The role reports to the Charge Nurse, Supervisor and DNS and involves direct resident care, safety, and comfort.

Responsibilities include baths, grooming, feeding support, and daily documentation. CPR is preferred; NY CNA certification is required. All shifts available with competitive compensation and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in acute care or long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists with bed baths, tub baths, showers and related grooming tasks.
• Assists with feeding and monitoring food intake; records nutrition on work sheets.
• Keeps residents clean, comfortable and safe; maintains dignity and privacy.
• Checks residents for skin issues and monitors for edema or rash.
• Assists with linen care, turning schedules, and toileting as needed; uses proper linen handling.
• Monitors and reports changes; collaborates with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.
