Job summary

Harborview At Doylestown seeks compassionate CNAs to join our 120-bed facility dedicated to rehabilitation and high-quality patient care. This role supports licensed nurses and helps create a safe, comfortable environment for patients.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, help with meals, and contribute to care plans through teamwork with the interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support mobility and help with safe transfers.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration for patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices.
• Communicate openly with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and requests from the care team.
