Qualifications

• Registered with the MN Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and ability to document in EHR.
• BLS - CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with needs and comfort of patients including hygiene and nutrition.
• Observe patients and communicate changes to the Team Leader.
• Document patient cares in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Support and uphold the Patient's Bill of Rights.
