Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Wilbraham, MA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA program, active CNA license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Join our interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively to support patient needs.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
