Job summary

Primacare in Monongahela, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing home team. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support dignity and comfort.

The role requires an active PA CNA certification, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift and reposition residents. Flexible shifts are available, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in PA.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and monitor residents’ nutritional intake.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Accurately document care provided.
