Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
