Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in North Carolina is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer a 6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs and a supportive, patient-centered workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate and respectful personal care.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and work with the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs and others on the care team.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
