Job summary

A healthcare facility in Naperville, IL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care, monitor vitals, and support staff. The role requires a current CNA certificate and BLS certification, along with strong communication and patient-service skills.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with flexibility to cover 0630–1430, 1430–2230 or 2230–0630 shifts. LTC/POC experience is a plus in this team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• CNA certificate (current and active) and BLS certification required.
• Able to stand for hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with LTC or POC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 0630 to 1430, 1430 to 2230, and/or 2230 to 0630.
• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, etc.).
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.
