Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for patients in the Denver area. The role offers competitive pay of $20–$24 per visit with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, taking vital signs as ordered, aiding mobility and transfers, and performing basic therapy-related activities under supervision. Candidates must complete Maxim’s training and meet state regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide or competency training per State/Federal regulations.
• Completion of Maxim’s Clinical Competency Program for home health aides with 80%+ and skills demonstration per regulations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Meets Maxim and applicable State Background Investigation requirements.
• Current CPR certification and First Aid training where applicable per State regulations.
• Participation in Tuberculosis screening/testing per Maxim policy and state regulation.
• Successful completion of Maxim’s orientations/trainings and exams with 80%+.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care activities (showering, bathing, dressing).
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of transfer devices as applicable.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and simple procedures as ordered (with demonstrated competency).

Education

Nursing assistant/home health aide training program or equivalent

CPR certification

First Aid training/certification
