Job summary

Human Touch Home Care in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct in-home care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Your focus will be on assisting with ADLs, monitoring health status, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Colorado State CNA License.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.

• Personal Care Assistance: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise.
• Household Care: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dietary aide.
• Companionship: conversation, reminders.
• Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Help patients with walking, transferring, and physical exercises as prescribed.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence as per the care plan.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and changing bed linens.
• Engage patients in conversation and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in health status to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Human Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Your primary role will be to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor their health status, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (pay based on experience)
