Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, based in North Carolina, seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in a geriatric setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, I&O, and collaborating with the charge nurse. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and CNA training program reimbursement are offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care when needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including I and O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
