Job summary

Liberty Health Blowing Rock, NC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge to provide compassionate daily resident care and support with activities of daily living. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, hygiene, oral care, and accurate recordkeeping; collaborate with the charge nurse; participate in in-service training and meetings.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification; a sign-on bonus of $8,500 and training

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric residents and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including intake and output.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist charge nurse as directed.
