Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring CNAs to provide daily nursing care and companionship to residents at Forest Springs Health Campus in Louisville, KY. You will work with the caregiving team to follow each resident's plan of care and meet individual needs.

CNAs will assist with hygiene, mobility, and comfort, reporting changes in condition and supporting a compassionate environment. A state CNA certification and high school diploma are required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
