Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork in a fast-paced post-acute setting.

You will participate in resident reports, deliver direct personal care, assist with activities, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring a clean, safe living environment and timely response to resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED standard.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Ensure resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
