Trevida Healthcare is seeking an STNA/CNA to provide compassionate resident care in a supportive environment. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain residents' dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include documenting measurements, monitoring intake and output, assisting with bathing and meals, and reporting changes to the licensed nurse. A CNA license or eligibility is required, with base benefits and room to grow within Trevida Healthcare.

Competenze

• Must hold a CNA license or be eligible to sit for CNA exam.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care and strong communication skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight; monitor intake and output.
• Care for the resident’s environment and assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating and hydration.
• Monitor skin condition and report changes to the licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Support residents' mental health and social needs.
