Job summary

Trevida Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in a long-term care setting. You will take vital signs, assist with bathing and daily activities, and help residents stay hydrated and comfortable.

Responsibilities include monitoring skin, feeding support, and communicating changes to licensed staff. Prior CNA experience or eligibility to sit for the exam is required; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or eligible to sit for CNA exam.
• High school diploma or GED; long-term care experience helpful.
• Good communication skills and ability to care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records vital signs.
• Measures and records height and weight; tracks intake and output.
• Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Assists with eating and hydration; observes skin and reports changes.
• Meets residents’ mental health and social service needs.
