Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant license or eligible to sit for CNA exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Long-term care experience and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight; monitor intake and output.
• Care for the resident’s environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe skin; report changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Support residents’ mental health and social service needs.
