Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).

• Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Assisting with meals, hydration, repositioning, and transfers.
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and other team members.
