As an CNA, you’ll provide hands‑on care and support to our residents while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Obtaining and documenting vital signs and other required information
Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Assisting with meals, hydration, repositioning, and transfers
Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
Working collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Active Ohio CNA certification or eligibility to work as a nurse aide in accordance with state requirements
A compassionate and patient approach to resident care
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care
