Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide resident care and support within our caring team.

This role includes assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, helping with feeding and mobility, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Participate in resident-centered care planning and implementation.
