Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team. This role offers a $2500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive onboarding, and professional growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

As a CNA you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and collaborate with registered nurses to implement individualized care plans, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life for each resident.

Formación

• CNA certification is required.
• On-the-job training provided to support new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
• Work collaboratively with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
