Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips; monitors supply inventory daily.
• Check vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Provide resident comfort; respond to call lights; report observations to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Clinical management of patients.
