Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine care to residents, including activities of daily living
• Assist with serving meals, feeding residents, and meal documentation
• Maintain resident rooms clean and orderly
• Assist with scheduling appointments and transporting residents
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nurse
• Participate in resident care meetings as requested
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
