Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team at The Residence at Waterford Crossing in Goshen, IN. CNAs deliver daily nursing care and supportive services based on each resident's plan, while offering companionship and encouragement.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents for changes, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
