Job summary

Olu’s Home, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and delegated nursing services under supervision. The role supports clients’ physical and emotional well-being in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, taking vital signs as directed, reminding or administering medications per RN guidance, preparing meals, documenting changes, and communicating with the care team to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Must be a MN CNA with current license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• 1 year of working experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background study.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares as identified in care plans.
• Support daily grooming and mobility needs.
• Medication reminders or administration as delegated by RN.
• Prepare meals following plans or instructions.
• Record vitals and report concerns to RN.
• Maintain communication with the care team to promote independence.
